Bill McArthur is a Sustaining Manufacturing Engineer for Medtronic Neurosurgery, recently promoted to Project Mgr/Engineer and Employee of the Quarter in Goleta. He has been an Engineer for 10+ years. He holds a B.S. in Electronics at Cal Poly. Bill is a Carpinteria native, recently married (to Deb) and enjoys his work, home, garage, tools and computer games.
