Deborah A. Dawicki (Deb)

Deborah Dawicki has over 25 years in the relational database development and administration (DBA)
field. She has specialized in Database Administration (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) and management of Databases of all sizes including back-ends to PeopleSoft, SAP, JD-Edwards. Additionally, she has supported databases and applications on all platforms, IBM mainframes, UNIX SUN servers, Windows servers and workstations. For the past 5 years she was the  Senior Database Admnistrator/Business Analyst and Project Manager at Medtronic Neurosurgery in Goleta. Most recently, she has joined Indyne Corp as an Oracle Database Administrator in the Infrastructure Group for RSA/WROCI.

She is planning on starting an MBA/Technology at University of La Verne in January, 2010. She was recently appointed to the Commission for Women in Santa Barbara County in June, 2009.

In 2007, she completed the certification in Project Management at UCSB. Along with a reference from Brett Ellingsberg and John Peckham, she managed the acquisition for the Habitat for Humanity SB Chapter to locate their first ReStore location at
6725 Hollister Avenue in Goleta.

She, already had a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University
Dominguez Hills in 1988.

She enjoys bike riding, arranging mixers and President of the Santa Ynez Valley Tech Club which she
started and is married to her husband Bill and lives in Solvang, California, in the heart of
Santa Ynez valley.

In July, 2005 the Intro of the new clubs in the Santa Ynez Valley was established in the Valley Living secton of the News Press.
