Steven Battaglia is licensed as a California Real Estate Broker as well as a Florida Real Estate Sales Agent.  Mr. Battaglia started his real estate career in Orlando, Florida preparing appraisals for commercial properties in the greater Orlando area.  He moved to Santa Barbara County, California in 2001, where he expanded his career into professional commercial property management. In 2002 he joined up with Steve Golis to specialize in multifamily investments when Radius Group opened their doors.  Currently, Mr. Battaglia specializes in multifamily investments in North Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties as well as commercial sales and leasing in the Santa Ynez Valley.  Prior to working in commercial Real Estate, Mr. Battaglia worked in the International Theme Park industry providing project and design management where he utilized his engineering and design background as well as contract negotiation and administration skills. Steve is working for Lee & Associates in Santa Maria, CA.
