SYV Tech Mission

The goal of the SYV Tech Club is to actively champion business men and women within the
Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara County community, and to facilitate beneficial
professional and personal relationships—in an environment of camaraderie.

The SYV Tech Mission is to support men and women in careers in technology, financial
independence, business and social networking and entrepreneurial endeavors.

Objectives

1. Work with local businesses and the community to promote and encourage the
development of careers for men and women in technology.

2. Mentor boys and girls in building technology careers.

3. Serve as a resource in the sharing of ideas and information to foster
professional growth for men and women.

4. Raise the profile of the Santa Ynez Valley so it is perceived as an attractive
professional location for technology.
